Dentist Compensation and Benefits:
Job Duties: Dental Director
· Providing direct patient care
. Overseeing and mentoring staff dentists
· Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
· Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed.
. Conducting quarterly chart audits to assure compliance
. Collaborating with clinic leadership
· Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care.
· Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Problem solving.
· Excellent customer service care
Education and Experience:
CA DMD License or in process

- Salary Range 225,000-300,000 a year
