General Dentist Needed
 General Dentist needed for our Jacksonville Fl. We are a PPO/ FFS platform offering all restorative and implants. We are looking for a well-rounded General Dentist that is part of our team to provide great care to our patients. We are open to mentor implants placements procedures for the right dentist.. 
Jacksonville is known for their pristine beaches, the St John’s as well as other waterways, robust urban parks and access to great outdoors. 
We have a strong NP patient base. Our practice has grown and needs a second provider. We have three locations with a 4th opening in a few months. Technology,  laser, CB scanners, Ceric, and all digital, denticon software.

Compensation and Benefits Offered: GREAT Benefits! 
•    30-32 Percent of collection. Our collection ratio is 102%
•    Hourly guarantees; for term of employment 
•    Earning potential currently is 300K-400K. 
•    Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
•    Will pay providers 1500 yearly CEU.
•    Professional associate fees of 300.00 yearly
•    Retirement 401K with a 3% match

Hours:
Monday through Thursday 7:45-5:00, no weekends or nights
Friday 7:45-4:00

Job Duties:
· Determines dental requirements by working with patients.
· Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
· Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed.
· Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care.
· Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Problem solving.
· Excellent customer service care

Education and Experience: 
Experience required; minimum of one year or an advanced residency program. 
FL DMD License or in process
