General Dentist wanted to join our team in Tehachapi, CA. We are only 36 miles from Bakersfield and 75 miles from Los Angeles. We are seeking a dentist to travel between a few locations. Locations are close to each other and will provide lodging and travel expenses if required. We have an amazing practice culture and offer a work to lifestyle balance. Our staff and community are friendly and welcoming.  Our practice has a large, loyal patient base and offers all General Dentistry to patients of all ages.

Compensation Offered:

• Guaranteed Daily; Negotiable 
• Percentages based on Net Production

Hours
4 Day work week - 8-5 Open to five days
Flexible on days and hours

Job Duties:
· Determines dental requirements by working with patients.
· Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
· Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed.
· Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care.
· Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Problem solving.
· Excellent customer service care

Education and Experience:
Open to New Graduates
California DMD License or in process
